TT Circuit Assen

The TT Circuit Assen is a motorsport race track built in 1955 and located in Assen, Netherlands. The original Assen track was first used for the 1925 Dutch Tourist Trophy, hence the current name for the MotoGP event; Dutch TT.

The Cathedral of speed; TT Circuit Assen with the mixture of very fast flat-out and slow corners and the famous GT chicane just before the start finish straight. The longest straight is 560 meters long and some of the corners in Assen are still traditionally banked inwards. The combination with the extremely grippy surface enabling riders to carry high corner speeds.
